17 days to Disney World! My question is about check in. We have used regular check in and the online check in. Can't decide which to use this time. Is there any difference in rooms? What about possible upgrades? We will arrive mid morning. THANKS

    Hi Mary!

I tried online early check-in one time and not all of my room cards were activated, so that was the beginning and end of my online check-in experience. Personally, I just do the "wait-in-line" which seems to ensure everything I need for my stay is handled correctly. Online check-in doesn't guarantee a better room and certainly doesn't guarantee, say, a no-cost upgrade. The primary advantage, from what I can tell, is it shortens your check-in experience. Your Welcome package (with room keys) are already available vs. having to wait for everything to be compiled the day of so to speak.

Enjoy your stay! You're almost there!
