Hi! With only 2 days in Disney parks, would we get enough bang for our 'Photopass +' buck? Here's our lineup: MK and Epcot. Chef Mickey, CRT (pics are included already, I think) OHANA and Biergarten ADRs. Thanks for your help!!!

    Hello, Meredith!

Wow! You're packing a whole lot of magic into just two days at Disney Parks! Woo hoo!

Regarding getting your bang for your Disney PhotoPass + buck, I'd say that it depends on your habits, what you'll be doing while wandering the worlds and, most importantly, if you'll be hitting those fantastic attractions which offer photo ops while riding them.

According to this great pre-order discount offer on Disney PhotoPass + (which will bring the cost of the package down to $169.95), digital photos at select attractions currently cost $14.95 each. If you plan on purchasing several of these photos, you might make up almost 1/2 of the purchase price of PhotoPass + right there. In addition, if you plan on making it a point to pose for photo ops in front of some great, iconic scenery in both parks, having that PhotoPass + will mean that you'll actually get to keep all of them. You'll need to order this at least 14 days in advance in order to take advantage of the pre-order discount, so keep an eye on that date!

Having our DIsney PhotoPass + on our recent multi-generational trip really motivated us to stop and document our visit, too. Because we knew that we had prepaid for the package, we made it a point to stop and smile for the fantastic photographers far more often than usual.

Again, think of what photos you'd like to purchase during those two days and in the month or so after you return. If you browse Disney's PhotoPass website, you'll be able to get a better idea of what your purchases would cost if you don't have the PhotoPass + option, and can decide which is the right way for you.

Hope that helps! Have great trip and send more questions as you think of them! We love to help!
