Hi Lina!
Thanks for sailing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on being a Silver Castaway Club member! I remember when we checked in at the Cruise Terminal for our second cruise how excited I was to receive our Silver Castaway Club lanyards! It was not only a great souvenir to celebrate our second cruise, but it was a super-convenient way to carry around our "Key to the World" cards! I can't wait for you to receive your lanyards, too!
Booking Port Adventures is the perfect way to explore the beautiful ports of call. I think adding Port Adventures to your upcoming voyage is a great idea but understand your concern for your youngest pirate princess. I'd first scroll through the Port Adventures for each island and check out all the ones that welcome 0 - 2 year olds. Also, when my little cruiser was 6 months old, he had a hard time making it through longer Port Adventures, so if your 9-month old might be the same way, I would focus on excursions lasting around three hours.
Does your family enjoy spending time on the beach? If so, the
Secret Sands Beach Getaway on St. Thomas might be a perfect escape for the entire family! Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, is so beautiful! I recommend
renting snorkel equipment for your older kiddos while you and your little mermaid play in the sand on the beach nearby! If you choose to book the
Tortola Dolphin Encounter for your older kids, then you and your daughter can watch all the fun by booking the Tortola Dolphin Observer!
I hope I was able to give you and your family some ideas for fun activities!
Beth
