Hey Howdy Hey Laura Marie and welcome to planDisney!
Alright Laura Marie, big day coming up with your 60-days until your holiday to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I love that you are thinking ahead about your
advanced dining reservations. One of the big keys to getting the reservations you want is getting online at the exact 60-day mark and doing so. Let's review when you will be able to make your reservation.
Advanced dining reservation widows are open to those Guests staying at a
Disney Resort Collection hotel 60-days from their date of arrival. In Walt Disney World Resort, they are on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and after a quick Google search, it looks like over in South Ayrshire, you are on British Summer Time (UTC+1). I would make sure to double-check my searches to confirm! These time zones have a 5 hour difference. So if you are looking to get online at 6:00 a.m. EST when the dining reservations open, if the math is correct, you would be online at 11:00 a.m. UTC+1 to get your reservations on your My Disney Experience account.
The other thing to note about the 60-day mark is the widow is a 60-day plus 10. On your 60-day date, you also can book dining reservations and any experiences from Disney's
Enchanting Extras Collection 10 days in the future well. So if your holiday is 10 days in duration, you should be able to make your reservations for every day of your trip! Make sure to take full advantage of your reservation window and make as many reservations as you need to.
I hope this information is helpful and please double-check my searches to ensure proper timezone assessment! Good luck getting all the reservations you are going for and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions, we would be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
