Hello and welcome to planDisney, Jodi!
Thank you for stopping by with a great question about
theme park tickets. Nothing makes us happier than helping fellow Guests plan memories at
The Most Magical Place on Earth!
If you cannot use your ticket and it expires, you can apply the amount you paid for your wholly unused admission to buy a new ticket for a future visit. Please note that you can only do so if you do not use any of the days on your ticket. For example, if you have a 3-day ticket and use two days, it will not be possible to use the remaining day for a future visit. Only the amount paid for wholly unused tickets can be used to purchase new tickets.
Did you know that you are welcome to try changing the dates of your tickets online before they expire? Before doing so, I recommend checking
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan accordingly. After deciding on your new visit dates,
sign in to your Disney account, visit
Tickets and Memory Maker, find the ticket you wish to modify, and select
Change Ticket. Please note that all modifications are subject to availability, and new charges may apply. If you need further assistance, please contact (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be glad to assist you. After selecting new dates, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass reservations.
I hope this information is helpful, Jodi! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
