What days are the most crowded for the oogie boogie bash? I'm thinking of doing a Sunday oogie boogie bash but not sure if it would be too crowded.

Hi there, Nancy! Thanks for dropping by planDisney, where the pumpkins glow and the candy cauldrons are always full!

Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party has become one of the most sought-after events of the year at the Disneyland Resort, and I completely understand why you’re curious about which nights are busiest. First things first: the 2025 parties are officially sold out, so unfortunately, tickets are no longer available to purchase for this season. But don’t worry—you can still enjoy plenty of Halloween-themed magic across the resort!

When it comes to Oogie Boogie Bash dates themselves, since every Guest needs a separate event ticket, the overall experience tends to feel festive and full of energy no matter which night you attend. That said, from what I’ve seen in years past, the closer the calendar creeps to Halloween night, the more in-demand those dates become. This year, tickets went on sale in June, and the October dates seemed to be the first to disappear.

Here’s a handy planning tip, Nancy: if tradition continues, tickets for the 2026 Oogie Boogie Bash may go on sale in June, so I’d suggest circling your calendar now. Keep a close watch on the Disney Parks Blog and the official Disneyland Instagram account, since those are usually the first places to announce when sales begin.

Even without a Bash ticket this year, Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort is sure to be frightfully delightful. You’ll still find the giant Mickey pumpkin smiling on Main Street, U.S.A., Haunted Mansion Holiday ready to welcome foolish mortals, and Disney California Adventure Park dressed to the nines with “Haul-O-Ween” in Cars Land and Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark. And we can't forget about my favorite part: the seasonal sips and snacks! This year’s Disney Eats: Disneyland Halloween Foodie Guide is practically bubbling over with spooky-cute surprises.

Nancy, I’m sending a swirl of pumpkin-spiced pixie dust your way for a Halloween Time visit that’s both boo-tiful and bright. May your days be filled with glowing lanterns, sweet surprises, and the kind of magical moments that only Disneyland Resort can deliver.

    See ya real soon!
