3 days and counting.... wondering about kids on the disney dining plan for quick service meals. Seems like most kids meals are turkey sandwich, nuggets or power pack. Are the kids allowed to order off the adult menu with smaller portion?

    Hi Karen,

The word from the Disney Dining Information is "Guests ages three to nine must order from a children’s menu where available." I know it can seem like the choices for children's meals are limited, but Walt Disney World has been trying to offer more choices for kids.

I looked at quick service menus and in addition to the turkey sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and power packs I found some great alternatives like Mickey Pasta with turkey marinara sauce at Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom, a grilled vegetable sandwich at Backlot Express in Disney's Hollywood Studios, and a great number of unusual choices at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot.

Hopefully there will be plenty of Disney Dining options your kids will enjoy!
Wishing you and your family a magical vacation,
