    40 days and counting for our 1st visit to WDW.We have a package that includes resort,tickets and the dining plan(1QS,1TS and 1 snack) for 9 days and 8 nights.It's $1300.00 a real budget for souvenirs and others stuff. Kids are7,4 and 6 months.

    How exciting that your first Walt Disney World vacation is only a few weeks away!  Given that your meals and tickets are taken care of, I think that if you stick to a really tight budget, you can make it, however, it will be close.  The Disney Dining Plan is a great value, and generally helps save a significant amount on meals.  However, occasionally, my kids ask for a more substantive snack and/or breakfast, and I have to supplement the plan.  That being said, my kids are boys and like to eat.  As for souvenirs, an idea I came up with is to give each kid a Disney gift card in any amount that you think is fair, and allow them to manage their own souvenir money.  It's worked really well for my family, and helps us stay within budget.  I think your budget is doable, and hope you have a magical first vacation!  Enjoy the anticipation.  It's almost (I said "almost") as much fun as the trip itself!
