After speaking with some wonderful Cast Members about your question, I was able to confirm a few things. Guests residing in Canada are no longer allowed to pre-order Disney bands in advance. By the sound of your question, it seems like you were able to complete this purchase and are expecting them for pickup upon arrival. Is it possible that at the time of booking your package, your
My Disney Experience account was linked to a US address? If so, then you would have been able to pre-order Disney bands as usual and have them delivered to your Disney Resorts hotel for pickup. If you have always used a Canadian address, then it seems like the order may have slipped through. I suggest
calling the Walt Disney World Resort and speaking to a Cast Member for further assistance. Hopefully, they can confirm if your Disney bands will be waiting for you upon arrival, especially since you have already paid for them.
If for some reason your order is not filled, you'll still have a chance to purchase them upon arrival. Disney bands are sold in many merchandise locations across Walt Disney World, including at the gift shops located inside your Disney Resorts hotel. As soon as you arrive, you can stop by to pick one out. You can then use the
My Disney Experience App on your mobile device to link them quickly to your account. While the selection may be limited at these locations, there are plenty of places to purchase a wide variety of designs. Each of the parks has some unique offerings and World of Disney at Disney Springs has the largest selection.
