I am 17 days out from booking my fast passes. I really want to ride Avatar Flight of Passage. I am concerned of my body shape. I am not a large person, but not skinny either. Do you know if their is limits on body shape. We all are tall enough to ride

    Hi Tabbatha,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question about one of my favourite attractions at Walt Disney World Resort: Avatar Flight of Passage

It’s true that, at first, this attraction wasn’t able to accommodate more “pooh sized” guests due to the way in which the ride vehicles are made. That being said, I understand that they’ve now made some changes to the ride system so that more people fly a banshee.

Based on your description of your size/shape, you’re not likely to have any problems boarding this attraction but, just in case you do, here’s what I recommend: include this attraction in your FastPass+ selections (if possible). Then, try to sit in the ride vehicle that they have stationed outside the attraction’s entrance. You’ll be able to tell that way whether you’re good to ride or whether you’ll have to bypass this experience. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask one of the Cast Members located outside the attraction’s entrance.

    Have a Magical Day,
