We are just 66 days away from our WDW vacation and would like information about the boats. We are staying at the Fort and would like to know if you can go from the fort to Epcot or HS. What's the best way to be able to use the boats?

    Hi Yvonne!

How did you know that I love questions about the Walt Disney World Transportation System?  You are going to love staying at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground!  The boats at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground do not go to Epcot or Hollywood Studios (you will have to take a bus to get to either of those two theme parks from Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground). There are two boats that come to the dock at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. One boat does a loop from Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground to the Contemporary Resort and then Wilderness Lodge Resort and then back to Fort Wilderness. The other boat will go directly from the Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground to the Magic Kingdom and then back again. These boats come approximately every 20 minutes.

I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
