We're 30 days away from WDW and my son just fractured his arm. We're not sure about casting yet. Will he still be able to get on rides & will the hotel let him in the pool if we wrap it up in a plastic bag? Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi Sharon!

Ouch! Your poor little prince. Not there is a good time to break your am, but coming up to summer?  You get a huge Moms Panel Hug for him.  There would be a challenge if the cast was on a leg, but on the arms doesn't present any problems.  He will want to keep "arms inside the ride" for more important reasons that any other riders for sure!  As far as a plastic bag, I saw a little boy at one of the pools on my last visit with a casted arm inside what looked like a clear plastic oven mit.  I had never seen one before.  He was swimming up a storm.

Have a magical time and make sure he saves signature room on his cast from all the characters he will meet!
