We're more than 30 days away from our trip. One member of our party has to back out - so we are going from a party of four to a party pf three - do we have to redo our dinner and room reservations?

Hi Robert, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for bringing us your question today. I’m so glad to help with your summer vacation plans!

I am sorry to hear that someone in your party cannot make the trip with you. However, it is always easier to remove someone from your travel party this close to a vacation than it is to add someone, so you should be able to take care of this without any issue.

To make changes to your Dining Reservations, I suggest that you begin by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Simply navigate to the My Plans section and click on the reservation you need to change. You will go to the My Reservations & Tickets section and click the "Change Reservation" link on the reservation you want to modify. You can also change the time and day there, based on availability, of course. Or, if you prefer, you can call Disney Dining at (407) 939-3463 to complete these changes by phone.

To modify your Disney Resort Hotel Reservation, I recommend that you try the same method, logging into the “My Plans” page within your My Disney Experience account and navigate to “Modify Reservation.” If your reservation cannot be updated or modified online, please call (407) 934-7639, where friendly Cast Members will be standing by to help!

Please let us know, Robert, if we can help in any other way as your Walt Disney World vacation nears. We're always here to help.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
