    I am about 23 days away from our trip if I do check in now will I have a guaranteed room ?

    Oh my goodness! You are visiting Walt Disney World Resort during my most favorite time of the year! The holidays are always magical! Enjoy!!

    Based on my personal travel experiences outside of the Disney Parks and Resorts, I absolutely understand your question. I have great news for you! Booking a Disney Resort hotel room is a guarantee. If, for some unknown reason, there is a situation where rooms are double booked, a Guest would be accommodated with an upgrade. I have been visiting Walt Disney World Resort a minimum of two to three times per year since 1996. During this time, I have visited on numerous occasions during the holidays and other peak times. I have never witnessed or experienced a situation where a room was not available.

    Regardless of the room guarantee, I highly encourage you to take advantage of Online Check-in! It makes your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel smooth and easy. Plus - if you provide a mobile number or email address, you will receive a notification when your room is ready. If you receive your MagicBand prior to your arrival, you can skip the front desk and head straight to your room when it's ready. Online Check-in is fantastic!
