34 days before arrival. I have been trying to book FastPass for lunch at BOG for several weeks. When I type my Reservation #, it immediately deletes the letters I enter. I've tried multiple PCs. HELP! Is this bc I'm outside of the 30 day window? Thx

Hello Jane!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The new FastPass+ selection for Be Our Guest Restaurant is a hot topic around here lately!  The reservation number that it is requesting is an all numeric number.  If you have made your Walt Disney World vacation reservation through a travel agent or 3rd party website, you may have a reservation number that includes letters.  What you will need to do is call your travel agent or whomever you've booked your vacation through and request the all numeric Disney reservation number.  Once you have that number, you should be able to log in with no problem!  According to some of my Disney  Parks Moms Panel friends, it looks like you should be able to make a FastPass+ selection around 27 days out.  I would absolutely be checking daily, as close to that time frame as you are.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction.  If you have any other questions, I'd love for you to come back and ask me.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
