180 days approaching for DD 5th birthday trip. We want to plan a few special meals: 1900 park faire for birthday breakfast 12/6, Dessert fireworks party, Le Cellier for late lunch. Chef Mickey for dinner. What should I book first?

    Hi Christopher!

How exciting that you're going to be at Walt Disney World for your Daughter's 5th Birthday!

Those are all excellent choices you've selected and you're wise to be planning ahead and planning to get online first thing in the morning when you reach 180 days out to begin securing your reservations for your special meals! Online Disney Dining reservations begin at 6am and Disney Dining Cast Members can be reached at (407) WDW-DINE beginning at 7am.

In terms of which to tackle first to get the best times and secured spots, here's the order I would complete them in myself, based on popularity from my experiences:

    1. Le Cellier
    2. Chef Mickey's
    3. Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Fireworks Party
    4. 1900 Park Fare - Supercalifragalistic Breakfast

I welcome you to visit me again any time if you require further recommendations or have additional great questions Christopher!

All the best to you as you begin the final plans for a Magical vacation for your Birthday Princess!
