    How many days in advance to cancel hotel reservation to get refund

    Hello, Carol!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    First of all, I am wishing upon a star that you will not have to cancel your vacation! As you plan, I wanted to let you know that you can cancel a Disney's Magic Your Way Vacation Package 30-days prior to your check-in date without a penalty. If you have a room-only reservation, you have five-days prior to your check-in date to cancel without a penalty. If you need to cancel, my recommendation would be to call (407) W-DISNEY and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. That way you could easily change your vacation dates to work with your schedule.
