    We are going on the 3 day Wonder in November (our first cruise). We are currently booked for category 6, but I am considering changing to category 4. Is there much difference between these two categories?

    Hi Kerri,

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  Personally, I would keep your category 6 stateroom.  The only difference between these two categories is a little extra space and the location; the layout and amenities will be the same. 

    The category 4 will offer enough space between the couch and verandah for a twin size murphy bed to pull down from the wall.  All of the category 4 staterooms are located on deck 8, and the category 6 staterooms are located on decks 5 and 6. 

    So by upgrading to a category 4 you'll get extra space (about the size of a twin-size bed), and a higher deck.  If it were me, I'd hang on to those extra dollars and buy an extra souvenir!
