What day of the week is to visit Disney world in March

Hello Mary! Thanks for coming to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are happy to help with your planning! It looks like you are searching for some tips on the best day of the week to visit during the month of March. Let's take a look at some of the "trends" for visiting Disney Parks to try to best help with your visit.

Traditionally, the first half of March tends to see average crowds. There will be many Guests, but wait times for rides and attractions are fairly reasonable. Generally speaking, weekends tend to be the busiest at the Disney Parks. Following weekends, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays can also be busy as Guests plan for long weekends. So Tuesdays and Thursdays may be your best bet for the least crowded days of the week. Additionally, parks offering Extra Magic Hours tend to be busier as well. Check out the Disney Parks Calendar for the month of March for parks offering Extra Magic Hours.

Mary, since you are planning a visit for the first week of March I want to share some exciting news! Disney's Hollywood Studios will be opening a brand new attraction on March 4, 2020! Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway is the first Disney Parks ride to feature the chief residents of the Walt Disney World Resort! Join Mickey and his pals for an adventure that will place you right into the world of animation! With Goofy as your engineer, it will be "all aboard" for surprises, fun, and laughter!

Mary, one more helpful planning tip. As a resident of the Sunshine State you can take advantage of some special offers currently available to Floridians! I hope these tips help with your visit in the beginning of March! Come back to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can continue to help with your planning!
