Hi Ian!
How exciting that you have ten days planned at
Walt Disney World Resort and are looking to add more! I am currently envisioning how many
Cheshire Cat tails and orders of
buffalo chicken chips I could consume on a vacation of that length, so enjoy one or two for me if you get the chance!
After checking the ticketing website and discovering the maximum ticket length for an online purchase was ten days, I reached out to a helpful cast member to inquire about the possibility of purchasing an additional day over the phone or extending a ticket in person upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was informed that a 10-day ticket cannot be extended. Guests who wish to purchase a ticket giving them access to more than ten days at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks have two options:
purchasing an additional ticket at your desired length to be used once the 10-day ticket has been exhausted or contacting the
Existing Tickets phone number where a cast member can assist you in upgrading your theme park ticket to an
annual pass so than you can have access to infinity (and beyond) days in the theme parks.
Of course, the good news is that the magic of Walt Disney World Resort is not only accessible to those with theme park tickets. Guests without tickets are welcome to shop, dine, and explore
Disney Springs and
Disney's Boardwalk in addition to the many
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels where you could take in the savannas of
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or enjoy a progressive dinner in the resort restaurants located along the
Walt Disney World Resort Monorail.
Regardless of how you choose to spend your additional days at Walt Disney World Resort, I hope you have a wonderful time! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question. Please
reach out if you have any additional inquiries!
Cheers to 2024,
Lizzie
