Hi Murilo!
Welcome to planDisney.
With the 14-day Magic Ticket package,
Memory Maker will activate when you scan into a theme park for the first time. Unfortunately, you probably won't be allowed to see any PhotoPass photos before that time, so if your connected Family & Friends members have photos before you arrive you won't be able to see and download them.
You will still need to activate any photos on the app when you tap a watermarked photo, but this will only work for photos taken once your Memory Maker is activated. To view and download your photos on your My Disney Experience, click on Photos if you are on the website, or if you are using the app, tap on the “≡” on the bottom right of the screen, then tap "Photos".
I have some good news! Memory Maker is good for 30 days from your start date, so if you are staying longer, it’s actually valid beyond the 14-day ticket.
Memory Maker provides unlimited digital downloads of any photos taken of you and your group at the theme parks. It's one of the best ways to have fantastic photos of your entire party. There have been times when I have seen
PhotoPass Photographers wading around the Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool and Castaway Creek!! This is very unusual, but it has happened!
Remember to ask your Photopass Photographer for Magic Shots! You'll love the special effects added to your photos. They are also happy to take the same photos for you using your own camera or phone if you wish, so this would be a good way to share any photos before you arrive.
If you are visiting Disney Springs, visit the
PhotoPass Studio (at the Marketplace) for some more photo opportunities - all included in the price of Memory Maker.
Enjoy making magical memories, and please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your holiday to Walt Disney World!
