How much would a 4 day trip for 6 cost

    Hi there Peggy,

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney! We're glad you stopped by with your question.

I'm thrilled to hear you're thinking about a trip to the Disneyland Resort! Visiting with a small group of friends and family is one of my favorite ways to vacation.

There are so many different fun decisions that you'll make as you plan your trip and the cost will depend on the makeup of your group and what kind of experience you all are hoping for, but I'd be happy to add some items to consider and your first step to planning your visit!

After deciding when you want to visit, you'll want to think about where you want to stay. My family and I love staying at one of the hotels of the Disneyland Resort (our favorite is the Disneyland Hotel). All three of these hotels are conveniently located, and keep the Disney magic going throughout your trip. They also come with the added benefit of being able to access Early Entry into the parks 30 minutes before the official park opening! You could also consider one of the many Good Neighbor Hotels located close to the Disneyland Resort as well, depending on your budget.

Next, you'll want to purchase your theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations! Two additional options to consider during the purchase process is whether you'd like to also add the Park Hopper and/or Disney Genie+ Service options to your tickets.

The Park Hopper option allows you to hop between parks starting at 11:00 AM each day of your visit. This adds quite a bit of flexibility to your trip and an option I almost always add for my visits.

Disney Genie+ Service comes with quite a few perks, most notably unlimited digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass images and access to Lightning Lane entrances, which gets you quicker access to some of the most popular attractions. I've linked the relevant pages here for each of these options so you can get more details while deciding if you want to add them!

I've taken my fair share of trips to the Disneyland Resort and I've done some on a very tight budget and others where we've packed in all the bells and whistles. There is so much flexibility whatever your budget allows!

Thanks again for your question, Peggy, and enjoy your trip!
