Hi Moms. On the 180th day before the trip to make an ADR, what time can I make reservations? Is it at midnight? I live in the eastern time zone. Thx!

    Hello, dear Sonia!

It's so good to have you back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing another great question to our website!

Dining reservations are super strategic for any vacation, so it's vital to get into the system as soon as it opens, especially for coveted meals. 'Ohana, at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Cinderella's Royal Table and Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park, Chef Mickey's and California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort, for example, are among the hardest to get. My tip is to look for them as soon as your booking window opens!

The dining reservation window opens at 6 a.m EST online (through the website and the My Disney Experience app) and 7 a.m. EST for reservations made over the phone. As someone living in California, I have vivid memories of waking up in the middle of the night to make my reservations and FastPass+ arrangements. It can be a bit hard on the following day, but it is SO worth it!

If you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you'll be able to book dining reservations for up to 10 days beginning 180 days before your arrival date. Don't hesitate to make the most of this booking benefit if you have an active reservation at a Disney Resort Hotel. It's one of the best benefits of staying inside the Walt Disney World Resort!

I hope that you're able to make fantastic reservations for your upcoming trip, Sonia! Let us know if you need help choosing restaurants. We are always happy to share more advice!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
