My 1day tier 6 park hopper tickets have no expiration date on them ? If I don’t use them this year ( if that’s when they expire) can I trade the in for sometime next year

Hi Rachel! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

Disneyland Resort admission tickets actually have a very generous expiration date. You can find out what the expiration is on your unused valid admission tickets by either calling the dedicated Tickets phone line where a friendly Cast Member can assist you or you can use the Chat feature in the Disneyland mobile app. They will get you the information you need!

However, I have good news for you. Admission tickets always retain their value, so long as they're wholly unused. So, if your Park Hopper tickets happen to be expiring soon and you won't be able to visit the theme parks before they do, you can apply the value of your tickets to the purchase of new tickets. You'll simply have to pay the difference since the price of tickets is subject to change. Again, you can call the Tickets phone line for help with the purchase of new tickets by applying the value of your existing tickets. That way, even if your magical day is delayed, it's still waiting for you in the future!

I'm going to be visiting the parks soon using tickets I purchased by applying the value of tickets that expired a while back, so I know it's an easy process. Having to cancel stung but I'm looking forward to my upcoming trip, and the Cast Member who assisted me in the transaction was the best.

I hope this helps and your next visit is right around the corner. If you can't make it this year, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the official updates on what new and exciting things are coming to the parks in 2024 to help plan your next magical visit.
