I have 14 day tickets from the uk and have linked 2 to my son in error and cannot reassign to my daughter. Please help with this. Is it also possible to add genie plus to the tickets?

    Hello David,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with such important questions for us to help you with today.

As a Brit myself, I'm so happy to know that you've already purchased 14-Day Magic Tickets for your family's December holiday to the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.  Magic Tickets really do offer such great value for money as they currently include unlimited access to all 4 Disney Theme Parks (when combined with Disney Park Pass reservations), and 2 Disney Water Parks, plus they include Memory Maker, and the Park Hopper Option too!

I'm sorry to learn that you've encountered a spot of bother when linking/reassigning the Magic Tickets to both your children's My Disney Experience accounts.  To try my best to assist you, I'm happy to provide these useful step by step instructions to both link Magic Tickets, and reassign Magic Tickets within your My Disney Experience account -

To link Magic Tickets to My Disney Experience -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

To reassign Magic Tickets via My Disney Experience Mobile App -

     - Using your mobile phone or smart device, log in to your My Disney Experience Mobile App
     - In the bottom right of your screen, select the 3 horizontal lines icon
     - Select the tile for Tickets and Passes
     - Scroll along to view the Magic Tickets which are currently linked to your son's My Disney Experience account, and find which ticket you wish to Reassign to your daughter by selecting the "blue person" icon
     - This opens a new page where you'll be able to scroll down the list of your already linked Family & Friends, and then select your daughter's profile to reassign the ticket to her.

However, if you're still having difficulties with your Magic Tickets, then my best suggestion would be to speak in person with a Cast Member.  It's easy to connect with a helpful Cast Member by dialling the telephone number for My Disney Experience & MagicBands contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

When thinking about the Disney Genie Service, I'm pleased to share that you'll be more than welcome to purchase Disney Genie+, and then add it to your Magic Tickets upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.

David, I hope that I've been able to offer some pixie-dusted assistance for you today.  Please don't hesitate to pop back to me here at planDisney if you should have any further questions.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
