Hi, there!
I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming vacation, Courtney. There's really nothing better than experiencing the magic of the
Walt Disney World Resort with little ones in tow!
I know what an adventure traveling from Pennsylvania to the Walt Disney World Resort is - it wears my kiddos out! If your room isn't ready when you arrive early at Disney's Contemporary Resort, and you have no choice but to forgo that precious nap, I suggest visiting Magic Kingdom Park over Epcot. From Disney's Contemporary Resort, Magic Kingdom Park is just a convenient walk or monorail ride away, so you're sure to get there (and back) quite quickly! Grab a quick lunch at Casey's Corner, and take the opportunity to have a family picture taken by a Disney PhotoPass Photographer in front of Cinderella Castle. You might even catch the
Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party (check the Times Guide when you enter the park)! The
Festival of Fantasy Parade is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM on your arrival date, but you may receive a text notification that your Resort hotel room is ready before it begins. In that case, get those girls back for a nap, mama!
If your princesses are big Frozen fans, they are going to LOVE riding Frozen Ever After at Epcot. To get a few rides in, plan to arrive at Epcot 30 - 45 minutes prior to opening. Head straight for the Norway pavilion when Guests are escorted into the park! Wait times are typically low again at the end of the evening, so stop by Frozen Ever After shortly before the park is scheduled to close.
Thanks for stopping by, Courtney!
