I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding
Disney Genie+ Service on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. The ability to add this new paid digital service to existing
Walt Disney World theme park tickets varies by ticket type and it sounds like you will need to call Disney directly and speak with a Cast Member so they can take a look at your tickets. I have tickets that I can't add Disney Genie+ to in advance, but I can add it on the day of my visit. That could be the case for you, too, but you'll need to
reach out to a Cast Member to find out. You can give them a call at (407) 934-7639.
