I have a 2 day tickets to 1 park right now for my family of 6 but I want to change it to 1 day to 1 park with genie+ and the 2nd day to park hopper and genie +. How do I change it?

    Hiya, Julie!

Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted that you stopped by with your question. You chose a great time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. The World's Most Magical Celebration will still be going strong when you arrive. All four theme parks are decked out in EARidescent decor and feature unique Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Sips & Bites. One of my favorite things about Walt Disney World is the amazing snacks!

With so many new experiences to see, adding Park Hopper is a great idea. This ticket option gives you so much flexibility during your stay. You can visit two parks in a day or all four. Talk about options! There are a few notes worth mentioning. You cannot add the Park Hopper option to individual dates of your ticket. This option can only be added to the length of stay. This means you will get two full days of park hopping flexibility. I like to think of this as bonus park time. You can spend extra time in a park that you previously visited or add an extra theme park to your itinerary. This gives you the opportunity to experience even more of the magic! It is important to note that you can only park hop after 2 PM and you must enter your reserved park first. This means that if you made a Disney Park Pass reservation for EPCOT, you will have to visit this park before heading over to Magic Kingdom Park. You can add the Park Hopper option to your ticket through My Disney Experience. If your tickets are part of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, you will need to make your changes through the Walt Disney World website. Choose the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This page should show all of your upcoming itinerary details. Next to your Disney hotel information will be a link labeled "Change Reservation". Select this option to modify your theme park tickets on the next page. Choose the Change link below your tickets to add Park Hopper in just a few easy steps. Adding Genie+ can be done while you are adding Park Hooper on the ticket modification page or through the My Disney Experience app on each day of your visit by selecting the My Genie day tile. Then choose the Get Genie+ for Today link. If you know you will be adding this feature to all of your park days, I prefer the option of adding the service in advance. This saves you a step in the morning while you are getting ready to make your Lightning Lane selections

If your tickets are not part of a vacation package you can modify them through the My Disney Experience website or app. When using the website, select the My Tickets and Cards under the My Plans option. To modify your tickets on the app, tap the three bars on the bottom right of the screen. Then choose the Tickets and Passes tile. Select the ticket you would like to modify and choose the "Change Ticket" option. This will allow you to add Park Hopper in a few easy steps.

I hope that your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
