Hi Julie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am excited to hear about the fun day (and night!) that you have planned at Magic Kingdom Park. My family and I had a similar day last month, with our morning spent in Magic Kingdom Park, a little break at our Disney Resort hotel after lunch, then back for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Our crew did great, but our youngest did sleep during the
Happy HalloWishes Fireworks Show. She was the cutest sleeping Minnie Mouse, though!
The special additions to select attractions begin at the official party time of 7:00 p.m. We experienced this with
Pirates of the Caribbean. We rode it at 6:30 p.m. as the regular ride, then with the extra party fun just after 7:00 p.m. Since you will already be in the theme park for the day, you'll need to get your wristbands for the party before it starts. There will be multiple locations throughout
Magic Kingdom Park where you can do this and typically they begin checking for party tickets and putting on wrist bands at these stations at 4:00 p.m. We like to get our wrist bands as early as possible so we get to jump right in when the party begins!
Enjoy your spook-tacular day at Magic Kingdom Park, Julie! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
