    I have 3 day tickets from last year that I was not able to use and I am trying to link them to my account and it is saying they are invalid. What can I do?

    First of all, I am so sorry you are having issues with linking your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets to your My Disneyland Account. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. We know the wait time to talk to a Cast Member this past week has been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I called the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I only waited three minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.)

    As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!
