    I have a 4 ; 2 day tickets that were good until January 12, 2021. However when I called during the pandemic closures I was told they extended the expiration until January of 2022. Now I am trying to make a reservation and it’s saying the card # invalid

    You’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth at the perfect time! My favorite two seasons are running now through the end of the year so it’s the perfect time to plan a trip! Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort runs now through October 31st and brings all the spellbinding thrills to Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure Park. After that, all the Christmas fun begins November 12th with Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. It’s the merriest time of the year!
     
    I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets before the park closures. As you mentioned, most non-promotional tickets that expired at the end of 2020 or start of 2021 have been extended through December 16, 2021. Since your tickets expired on January 12, 2021 it sounds like they are the non-promotional multi-day tickets that have indeed been extended. Some guests have reported issues re-linking their extended tickets to their Disney accounts. You’re going to need to call Ticket Services in order to resolve this issue.
