Hello. We have 3-day tickets for the family, and want to upgrade to 4-days. But can't find a way to do that on the site. Do we have to call?

Hey there, Rebecca, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It’s great to see you here putting the finishing touches on your vacation. And adding on days to your trip — sounds like my kind of plan!

If your Theme Park Tickets were purchased as part of a vacation package, you may be able to make edits to your tickets via the My Disney Experience account. In this scenario, since your Theme Park Tickets were purchased in a package, you will have to modify the entire package to make changes to your Theme Park Tickets. So once you are logged in to your My Disney Experience Account, locate your upcoming reservation, and choose the “Change Reservation” option. You should be able to upgrade your Theme Park tickets here. Additionally, since Walt Disney World uses a dynamic pricing system, changes to your Vacation Package will require payment at the time of checkout.

If you find that you are unable to make the changes to your Theme Park Tickets online, I recommend speaking with an Existing Tickets Cast Member for further assistance. The Cast Member will be able to process your upgrade and walk you through any additional steps. Be sure to secure your Disney Park Pass reservations after you upgrade your Theme Park Tickets! Reservation availability moves quickly, and I want to make sure that your spot in the parks is secure!

I hope this helps, Rebecca! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
