    We have 10-day tickets for our family of 5 booked for November. Once we arrive, can my husband and daughter upgrade their tickets to include water parks if they choose, or do we have to upgrade all 5 of our tickets? Thank you for your help! We cannot wa

    Hi Christine,

    Sure thing!  Magic Your Way tickets may be upgraded individually for each person.  Tickets may be upgraded to include the Water Park Fun & More option and/or the Park Hopper option.  Tickets are able to be upgraded in person at any of the following locations:

    • Ticket windows at any of the theme parks or water parks
    • Concierge services at any of the Disney Resort hotels
    • Guest Relations in Downtown Disney Area

    Keep in mind that in order to upgrade you must do so within 14 days of your ticket's first use.  Tickets also must have at least 1 remaining admission left on it (cannot be used up) in order to upgrade.
