Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Terri. I'm so glad you've stopped by to chit-chat about an upcoming
Walt Disney World visit.
I see that you are wanting to possibly purchase theme park tickets for a 6-year-old child. I wanted to mention that you aren't able to have a standard theme park ticket for one day and a park hopper for another day unless you purchase the tickets separately. To get the 2-day discount both of the tickets have to be the same. So you can purchase a 2-day park hopper, a 2-day standard base ticket or a 1-day park hopper and a 1-day base ticket. It's totally up to you.
To purchase
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets, Terri, you'll need to visit the Walt Disney World website. You'll hover your cursor over the top navigational menu where it says, "Parks & Tickets". This will bring a drop-down menu down and then you'll want to select the option, "Theme Park Tickets" under the "Admission" section. You'll then press the blue "Continue" button that will take you to the prompts to select the theme park tickets you would like. You'll choose options like the number of days you want tickets for, whether you want a base ticket or the park hopper ticket, and the starting date you'll be using the ticket. Then you can scroll down and see the adult pricing and the child pricing. If you are wanting these tickets for a 6-year-old you'll select the child's pricing and continue to your cart where you'll be able to check out. It's a simple process that is automated so the system will walk you right through it, Terri.
I hope this helps walk you through the ticket purchase process. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have a great week!
Jackie H.
