Hi, Daniel!
Welcome to the magic of
Walt Disney World! I love that first step onto Main Street, U.S.A. Seeing the beautiful
Cinderella Castle is the perfect way to start a magical vacation. The first thing on my "to do" list is always taking a picture of my travel crew with the Castle as the backdrop. Picture perfect in every way!
If you have unused
Theme Park Tickets in your My Disney Experience account, you may apply the value of your tickets to new tickets. Remember that this will only work if you have not used any of the days on those tickets. Even if you used one day of a multi-day ticket, the remainder of the days will expire per the date noted.
If your tickets were not used,
call a friendly Cast Member who will be happy to apply the value of your unused tickets to new travel dates. Have your new travel dates handy when calling and have a credit card available to pay any difference in the ticket price. Your
unused tickets may not be showing up in your My Disney Experience account if you are past the original start date, but the Cast Members will be able to look up your tickets. Please have the email address of your My Disney Experience account available to make the process faster.
Once you lock in your new travel dates, the fun of planning your next visit begins! Choose a lovely
Disney Resort Hotel, and when you are within 60 days of arrival, make your
Disney Dining Reservations. So much magical fun awaits!
I hope you reschedule your pixie dust filled vacation to Walt Disney World real soon. Make sure to get that all important Mickey Mouse Ice Cream bar - yum!!
