We have a 5-day ticket we want to upgrade to A 6 day ticket how much would it cost

    Hi Dawn!

Thanks for visiting planDisney!  I see your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is approaching fast and you seem to be just like me - wanting to soak up every bit of magic during your stay!  Whether it's riding our favorite attractions, eating our favorite Mickey-shaped snacks, or saying hi to our beloved Disney characters, my family and I enjoy each day of our visit to the parks and I always want to add more!

Dawn, since your vacation has not yet started, you should be able to add a day by modifying your tickets in your My Disney Experience account.  Since the price of tickets purchased may vary based on specials or package pricing, I can't say exactly how much the change will cost.  If you purchased your tickets as part of a vacation package (which included a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay, theme park tickets, and maybe even a dining plan), you would need to go into your reservation and modify your tickets that way.  If your tickets were purchased and linked separately from a hotel reservation, you should be able to see a modify/change ticket option under Tickets & Passes in your account.  There are also friendly Cast Members available by calling Existing Tickets who can help answer your questions and make the changes for you if you'd prefer.

Before I go, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite tips!  In my opinion, Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios is a not-to-missed nighttime spectacular.  It is incredibly popular and lines can start forming hours before the show starts.  Since I like to get the most out of my visits to the theme park, I always book a Fantasmic! Dining Package.  This package includes a meal at one of the Table-Service restaurants at Disney's Hollywood Studios during the day and a voucher for special reserved seating for Fantasmic!  You can skip the line and enter through the special dining package entrance to the show.  You'll still want to get there at least 25 minutes before the scheduled showtime, but it saves a lot of time and, you have a dining reservation taken care of as well!  Even better, if you're on the Disney Dining Plan, you can redeem 1 Table-Service meal for this package at most restaurants or 2 meals for The Hollywood Brown Derby.  The dining package reservations are very popular, but you can always keep checking back for availability if you don't see any for the date you'll be in the park as plans often change for guests right up until the last minute!  You can check dining package availability on the Walt Disney World Resort website or in your My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Dawn, I hope you enjoy a wonderful visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!  Remember, you've got a friend in me here at planDisney and I hope you stop by to see us again with any other questions you have about your upcoming trip!

    Cheers,
    Kristi
