Hi Mary,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for stopping by with your planning question.
One Park Per Day theme park tickets allow Guests to choose from Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for each day of their visit. That means that your two-day ticket will allow you access to up to two theme parks. On each day, you’ll be able to leave and reenter the park you’ve chosen for the day throughout the day, within the park’s operating hours.
I love that you’re asking this question, because I highly recommend a mid-day break. My family likes to arrive early and enjoy the first few hours of the day in the theme parks, when they are often a little less busy and usually cooler. Then, we head out of the theme park to our resort for a rest, some air conditioning, and some pool time before heading back out in the late afternoon for more park fun, dinner, and hopefully a
nighttime spectacular. Sometimes we just hop out of a park and visit a nearby resort hotel for lunch and some exploring before going back into the park again.
Disney Springs is another great option for getting a meal or a treat, shopping, or exploring. When you've enjoyed your down time, you'll be able to head back to the same park you were enjoying before the break for more fun and magic.
Have so much fun planning your Walt Disney World vacation, and please come back and see us if we can help with any more questions!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
