How much is 1 day ticket to magic kingdom for a flordia resident and how to we purchance the ticket?

Hey Howdy Hey Samantha and welcome to planDisney!

There are so many exciting benefits when it comes to visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for Florida Residents. Discounts on Theme Park Ticket are one of the big ones! Thank you for stopping with your question about purchasing tickets for your next trip. I will be happy to give you more information so you are ready to go. Giddy up!

When visiting the Walt Disney World online, there is a special page just for Florida Residents. You will find all the latest information on discounts and benefits for Theme Park Tickets. Tickets to the parks are date-based, meaning that depending on the day and the park you want to visit, the prices will vary depending on these factors. Weekday tickets will generally tend to be cheaper than weekend tickets and Magic Kindom will typically have the most expensive tickets.

When you purchase Theme Park Tickets online through Walt Disney World, they will be delivered electronically. As long as you have a My Disney Experience account, you will have instant access to them linked to your account. You can access them through either MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile Service or getting a MagicCard at any ticket window. When purchasing tickets online, make sure you fill out the form "Your Florida Resident Information" at check out, which allows you to verify your residency digitally. If not, no big deal, you will have to bring your proof of Florida residency with you upon activating your tickets before you enter the parks.

While you do have the option to purchase tickets at the window outside of the park, tickets are typically best priced when purchased in advance online. They are also cheaper the more you buy, just make sure you check out the Florida Residents page for the latest deals for Theme Park Tickets.

I hope this information helped clear up where and when to purchase your tickets. You can feel free to search for any date and Theme Park to visit for the most up-to-date pricing. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out and let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Happy planning,

    Nick
