Hey, howdy, hey, Joshua!
Less than a week? Yeehaw! You’ll be having a
rootin’, tootin’ experience at the Disneyland Resort in no time!
There are two places to find your
Disney eTickets. You may open the “Access Your eTickets” link from your theme park ticket confirmation email. You can then print a paper copy from there or save a screenshot to display on a mobile device. The other place to find your eTickets is in the
Disneyland mobile app. First, make sure you are logged into the app from the same account you used to purchase your tickets. Then, from the app’s ☰ feature menu, open the Tickets and Passes screen. At the entrance to the theme parks, simply show the Cast Member your ticket barcodes to be admitted to a “world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy.” If, by chance, you still can’t access your tickets in either of these locations, you may want to place a call to the
Tickets phone line for more assistance.
Tony’s Tip: If your tickets already include the optional
Disney Genie+ service or if you choose to purchase it after you enter the parks, you may use the service to book reserved return times to experience select attractions using their
Lightning Lane entrance. Lightning Lane allows you to enjoy the attractions sooner with wait times that are typically less than the standby queues. For your convenience when checking in at a Lightning Lane entrance, you can use the Disneyland app to scan either your Lightning Lane redemption codes or your theme park tickets. Whether entering the theme parks or entering a Lightning Lane, you may choose to scan all of your party’s park tickets from a single device. Or you may choose to link your tickets to the Disneyland accounts of other members of your party and use multiple devices.
I hope you have a marvelous time as you “
reach for the sky” at the Disneyland Resort, Joshua. Feel free to drop us a line at planDisney if you have any more questions as you get ready to “
ride like the wind” into the sunsets of
Southern California.
Your favorite deputy,
~Tony
