I have a 10 day ticket linked to My Disney Experience account that I purchased last year and the use was extended to September 21. I have not used any days but I can not make a park reservation. It says that I don't have a valid ticket.

    Howdy Brian!

Welcome to planDisney!  I am super excited to see that you will be visiting “The Most Magical Place on Earth” next month!  I know you are ready to “Making Memories to Last a Lifetime!”  Thank you for sharing your question with us!

It looks like you have been waiting quite a while to use your tickets to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!  I know you are ready to be at the place “Where Dreams Come True” very soon! Since you have an entirely unused ticket, you will need to call the Walt Disney World Resort so that a Cast Member can attach your dates to your theme park tickets.  Once the Cast Member has the dates on your theme park tickets adjusted, you will be able to go to your My Disney Experience and make your Disney Park Pass Reservations!  I took a look at the Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar, and at this time, there is plenty of availability.  Since availability can book up quickly, I recommend making your reservations as soon as possible!

As Mickey and his pals continue to welcome guests “Returning to a World of Magic,” things may look a bit different at this time!  Currently, the Walt Disney World Resort is strongly encouraging all guests to utilize the Mobile Food Order option on your My Disney Experience.  Take a moment to look through all of the quick service locations so that when you get a “Rumbly in your Tumbly,” you will know exactly what you want to eat!  With Mobile Food Ordering, you will be able to look up the restaurant on your My Disney Experience, choose the time you plan to arrive, create your order and pay for it from your smartphone!  Just make sure to tap on the option to let the restaurant know when you have arrived so that they can begin making your meal!

To stay informed of everything to see and do during your visit to Neverland, check out the Disney Park Blog!  If you have any more questions regarding your theme parks tickets or any other planning questions, please come back to planDisney!  We are always here to help you with all your planning questions, Brian!

    See Ya Real Soon,
