Hi Jeffrey!
You've picked a fantastic time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! I love visiting the "Most Magical Place on Earth" during the winter because there's nothing like a taste of the Florida sunshine when it's cold and snowy at home in Colorado. Plus, since your trip is at a time when many schools are back in session after their holiday breaks, it's a great time to enjoy manageable crowd levels in the theme parks!
At this time, the length of time that
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets can be used is dependent on the number of days on your ticket. Since you have purchased a 5-day ticket, it can be used over eight calendar days. So if your first visit to a theme park is on January 12, then you can use the remaining four theme park days any time through January 19. Unfortunately, your theme park ticket will no longer be valid on January 20 if your first visit is on January 12.
You have a few options to make your ticket work for your vacation. You can always try to rearrange your itinerary to fit all of your theme park days within eight calendar days. Otherwise, you can upgrade your theme park ticket to a 6-day ticket, which will extend your validity date to January 20 and give you an extra day in the theme parks to enjoy the magic. Plus, you'll find that the price difference between a 5-day ticket and a 6-day ticket is pretty reasonable, so it's not too much more to enjoy your perfect itinerary!
Feel free to come back to see if we can help you again. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
