I have 6 day ticket attached to a 4 night 5 day CSR reservation. I plan to arrive 2 days early staying off site and want to use magic bands to enter the park. Looks like I cannot make FP reservations in advance, but will the magic band allow park entry?

    Hi John,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you brought this question to us.

As long as you have created a My Disney Experience Account and linked both your MagicBands and theme park tickets to that account, you should be able to enter the park with your MagicBand. If there are multiple people in your party, be sure to have them all linked in your My Disney Experience Account. To link them, just go to My Disney Experience, then click on My Family & Friends List. From there you can either add guests or connect with guests who have their own My Disney Experience accounts.

Once you do check-in to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, your MagicBand will also unlock your room door. We also love that we can use our MagicBands to make charges to our room. We simply pay the entire bill when we checkout or the charges are automatically left on the card we have on file.

One word of caution - we have occasionally lost a MagicBand. If that happens, simply stop by the front desk of your resort hotel and a cast member will be happy to help you! Also be sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. We modify plans using the app while we are in the parks.

John, sending pixie dust your way trusting that you will have a wonderful trip!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
