I have a 2day ticket on my account I bought late 2024 that’s not been used. I’m planning a two people trip soon can I still use that ticket? If so how can I make sure the park reservation on the old ticket will match the new one?

Hey there, hi there, Claire! Welcome to planDinsey. You've brought us a great ticket question!

I am excited to hear you are hoping to visit Disneyland Resort very soon! While I cannot be sure of when your ticket expires, if you purchased it at the end of last year, it should still be valid for quite some time. You'll be happy to know that you can use that ticket for your upcoming visit for yourself or for the other person you are planning on attending with, but not for you both. Since you have a multi-day ticket, once you scan it and use it for one day, you will have 13 days to use the second day of that ticket before it expires. Since your previous park reservation date has come and gone, it is no longer connected to your ticket. Simply log in on the Disneyland website or your Disneyland app, make sure your ticket is linked to your account, and make a new theme park reservation for your upcoming visit.

Be sure to check out all the newer enhancements at Disneyland Park. Haunted Mansion's outdoor queue reimagining has just finished and when you exit the attraction you can check out, Madame Leota's Somewhere Beyond! Of course, Bayou County has also had some changes, and Tiana's Bayou Adventure will take you on a ride down the Bayou. Bring a poncho if you don't want to get wet!

Claire, thanks for stopping by! We are here if you have any other planning questions for us!
