is the 3 day theme park pass with admissions to one park per day all i need when i arrive to disney?

    Hello Libby,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you are off to a good start in planning your magical visit to join the World's Most Magical Celebration.

In addition to purchasing your park tickets, you'll also need to make park reservations. I usually recommend looking at the theme park availability calendar before purchasing tickets, just to make sure the parks I want to visit are available. When looking at the calendar you'll notice 3 colors: green means all 4 parks are available, yellow means only some parks are available, and gray indicates that all 4 parks are unavailable. If you see a date that is yellow, click on it and you'll be able to see which parks you are still able to reserve. Once I've figured that out, I purchase my tickets and make my reservations shortly after that.

If you've already purchased your tickets, that's okay too, but you'll want to make your them park reservations as soon as possible. Right now it looks like all of the dates in April are green, so you should be able to select the parks you want to visit for each day fairly easily at this time.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
