I have 3 day south. calif. tickets that expire in May that I can't use. I just wanted to get in writing what the castmember told me on the phone tonight. He said if the tickets expire that I can use the paid value to buy new tickets later is that true

Hey there, Adam! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by. I'm sorry to hear you won't be able to use your Southern California Resident Week Day Offer tickets before they expire in May 2022. They are such a great perk and offer for Southern California residents to enjoy a few days at Disneyland Resort.

While I do not have any magical pull or authority to offer or authorize any policies, rules, or regulations, I can share what I have found about expired tickets on the Disneyland website. According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, the paid amount of any wholly, unused expired ticket from Disneyland Resort can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater than the price of the original ticket purchase. Tickets are not able to be refunded.

This looks like this may be the same thing that the Cast Member told you. While terms and conditions could change at any time, I have linked the eTicket Terms and Conditions above for you. I hope that sooner rather than later you can apply your tickets for new tickets and enjoy a few magical days at Disneyland Resort.

Be sure to keep an eye out on the Disney Parks Blog where you can see all the latest and greatest announcements for Disneyland Resort from festivals and limited-time offerings to new and returning entertainment. This is something I always check out before I decide which dates I'm heading to the parks to make sure I don't miss out on anything.

Adam, thanks again for coming by planDisney. Here's to hoping you are visiting The Happiest Place on Earth soon!
