Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Yanet! What a great question you have! I researched this issue deeply in 2017 because I was visiting both coasts several times and I wanted to know more about upgrading my tickets. I also made sure to check that the process has not changed.
To upgrade to a
Premier Passport (for use at both
Disneyland Resort in CA and
Walt Disney World Resort in FL), you’ll be able to use ONE of your tickets. For example, I would take my unused Disneyland Resort Annual Pass and visit
Guest Services (in person at any Park) to upgrade it to a Premier Passport, because the value is greater! As for your 2-day single Park tickets, if you can reassign them to another family member (they will need to be unused to do this), that would be best. You cannot use two or more individual tickets to upgrade, so the smart thing to do is upgrade the more expensive ticket. Don’t forget that an Annual Pass and Premiere Passport carry some amazing benefits like 10-15% many table service restaurants, 20% off merchandise, select discounts on tours, events and more. My Annual Pass to Walt Disney World Resort paid for itself in only one week’s visit… let’s just say I like to Park Hop and shop a lot!
I’d love to help you learn more about the Premiere Passport and the special offers that accompany it. Please let me know if I can do so. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
