I am excited to know that you were able to take advantage of the
Florida resident tickets. It's such an incredible deal. I hate that you won't be able to use up that third ticket, however. Eileen, I have been a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder for several years now and have not purchased tickets like that in quite some time. So what I did was reach out to Guest Services to see what they had to say about your ticket situation. I had done a little bit of research prior to that and found out that in 2020 you were, in fact, able to apply the value of the unused ticket toward a future ticket purchase. However, I know that the policy was set to change at the end of last year. The Cast Member I spoke to said that occasionally Guests are able to apply one of their unused tickets towards a future ticket purchase but that it is really on a case by case basis. What you'll need to do to find out for sure is call the
Existing Ticket Hotline at (407) 566-4985. The Cast Member helping you will be able to look at the parameters around your existing tickets and will be able to give you a definitive answer. The phone lines open up at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time each day and I do recommend calling as early as possible. There seems to be higher than normal call volume right now, which is leading to longer wait times.
