Is $25.00 a day per child a reasonable amount for a 4 YO 3 YO and 15 month old at Disney?

It depends, Brandi.  I assume you are asking whether you can expect to feed your children for $25.00(each) per day.  Am I right?  If so, it can certainly be done.  Most quick-service locations price kids meals between six and eight dollars.  You'll pay a bit more at table-service restaurants; you should expect for meals there to cost between eight and twelve dollars.  There are, of course, some restaurants that will be more expensive and some that will be less.  Character meals, for example, will be significantly more pricey.  That said, though, you can stay within your daily meal budget if you opt for a quick breakfast in your resort room, eat lunch at a quick-service location and enjoy dinner at a table-service restaurant.  I hope that helps.  Have a great time!
