    Hi! We have 4 1-day peak tickets and i am trying to register them under my account using the barcode. However i am not being able to find the right code to enter. The barcode has more than 20 digits and it says online i should look for a 12 or 18 code.help

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! I’m sure you’re anxious to link your tickets to your account on the Disneyland Resort website so that you can make your theme park reservations. 
     
    The Cast Member I spoke to confirmed that tickets have a 10, 12 or 17 digit number to input into the website. Is it possible that you have a Disney Gift Card and not a theme park ticket? Disney Gift Cards usually have a scratch off section on the back of the card, while theme park tickets do not. 
     
    If you do have a Disney Gift Card, you can use it towards the purchase of a ticket when they go on sale on April 15. Disney Gift Cards can also be used at participating locations throughout the Disneyland Resort theme parks, hotels and Downtown Disney District! 

    If you believe you do have a theme park ticket,  I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
