    I have 14 day PDD special offer tickets with memory maker which I purchased through TUI but I know very little about the tickets. E.g. do they allow park hopping? How do I use the dining element? What do I do with the memory maker?

    Hello Suzanne, and welcome to planDisney.

    As the current UK-based planDisney Panelist, I'm so very thrilled that I get to be the lucky one assisting you today with your plans to holiday at Walt Disney World Resort this coming August.

    It might help to understand that generally speaking, the coding which you mention on the 14-day Disney Theme Park Tickets you purchased from TUI could relate to any tickets which have had their dates extended - for instance due to the global pandemic.

    In this instance, my best suggestion would be for you to reach out to a TUI representative to clarify both this ticketing information and any dining element which you may have included within your reservation.

    However, Suzanne, I do have some bibbidi-bobbidi-brilliant news to share with you today!  Our UK and Ireland exclusive Magic Tickets do indeed offer Guests a plethora of pixie-dusted inclusions such as - 

     - Unlimted entrance into all 4 Disney Theme Parks (when combined with Disney Park Pass reservations)
     - Unlimited entrance into the Disney Water Parks
     - Park Hopper Option
     - Memory Maker 
     - Plus many other magical extras too!

    You and your whole family are sure to love utilising My Disney Experience and Memory Maker during your August summer holiday!  As the Memory Maker element is already linked to Magic Tickets, it will be as if by Mickey magic that Memory Maker will be available to use upon entering your first Disney Theme Park. 

    My family loves to look out for Disney PhotoPass Photographers as we traverse the Disney Theme Parks.  Disney PhotoPass photo opportunities are currently included with Memory Maker as are any available Attraction photos and video captures.

    Guests are welcome to make Advanced Dining Reservations at select Disney dining locations 60 days ahead of time.  And for those lucky Guests who are staying within a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, they are able to begin making Advanced Dining reservations at 60 days ahead of check-in, PLUS for a further 10 days into their magical stay.
